Interpolating between GPX files

Hi there,
I have just used your tool to upload 4 GPX files of a bikepacking route. The tool worked brilliantly apart from the fact it interpolated between two of the files where I got a train and represented this as a straight line - obviously this is not wanted. I attempted to use the 'Edit Points' tool to see if this would fix it but it wouldnt load properly and kept displaying an error. Do you know how to fix this?
