What do you do with my files?

From time to time, I receive some form of the following question:
At the bottom of every page on the GOTOES | Strava Tools site, you will see a link to the privacy policy. This link takes you directly to the part concerning GOTOES | Strava Tools Uploads.What happens to my data that is uploaded to your site/tool? Do you store it, use or draw draw data from it? Do you delete it to maintain privacy?
